"I had another great experience with Flotech plumbing. This is the fourth or fifth time I have used them over the past 18 months and they consistently provide exceptional service. They come on time, explain the work that they will be performing, complete the work in a timely manner and leave the premises in the exact same conditions as when they arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing needs."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"SILA called to offer their annual heating inspection services given that I was a prior customer. The gentlemen they sent, Ivan, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went over and above, and spent a lot of time explaining the parts of my boiler to me and likely failure points, gave some recommendations on my aging indirect water tank, and even answered a few questions I had regarding thermostat wiring. He was very patient, and left everything clean and exactly the same was as he had found it. He wore a mask, covered his shoes, and was very respectful. I've used SILA for my annual inspection every year the past five or so years."

"Replaced our whole Ac compressor and repaired the fan motor. The company was a pleasure to deal with and from the initial appointment for the quote through the completion the company was extremely professional. I would recommend Controlled Climates"

"Chris and Al came in the late afternoon to assess the problem, ran a video camera into one of the waste lines but couldn't get to the other one without removing a toilet. They offered to stay well into the evening to continue, but since it wasn't an emergency, I sent them home (or to the next job?) around 6p. They came back the next time, removed the toilet (which needed re-setting anyway), sent their camera down the pipe and found the damage. Jack hammered the concrete in the garage, cut away the old cast iron pipe that was so brittle it broke in their hands, and replaced it with PVC. After checking everything, they covered it all back up, replacing the concrete the width of the garage, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked tirelessly, happily and were very friendly with me and with each other. Chris even suggested that I contact the house insurance to see if it might be covered. To my surprise, most of it WAS a covered expense. Who knew?! Would I hire them again? You bet!!"

"He is honest. There's something to be said for honesty. It's a family run business, but he does everything the right way. Some of the other providers give poor customer service or rip people off and can't get business in their local area and are moving into our area. Lennox is good stuff. He went all the way to Philadelphia just to get me a part."

"Everything went well, the guys came in fast did the work with the vacuums and stuff, in and out within an hour. Definitely will use this service again"
