"They installed the HVAC system in our home a couple of years ago. I’ve been using their service ever since. Last Tuesday, Feb. 17, they sent a technician to service our furnace. The technician was very professional and courteous. The rate charged was very reasonable and affordable. I’m very pleased with their service. "From beginning to end, The Right Choice Heating and Air Conditioning Co. provided superior quality customer service and onsite work. From scheduling, to multiple follow-ups and reminders, re-confirming exact appointment time, and the post-inspection follow-up, they have truly impressed us. More importantly, Michael Taib, the technician who performed the work at our home, was indeed a true gentleman and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I am familiar with the type of HVAC related work requirements, the lingo, and technician data. I quizzed him several times and he constantly responded with 100% honest and factual answers. He tirelessly worked on both of our HVAC units and performed the necessary services and repair. He was polite, courteous and clean. His most impressive talent was ensuring my wife's absolute confidence in his work after she grilled him with so many questions! We will continue to refer True Choice to all our friend and family!
