"I believe this was a scam. They arrived. There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

Personable and professional, Mitch went over everything that needed to be done, remove and replace furnace informed me of the procedures they would use and gave me a fair estimate of job.
