It happened 2 days before Christmas, and Hope, was super responsive and helpful to get the job done, as there were some challenges, due to winter with extenuating weather circumstances. They went above and beyond helping to keep my neighbors updated as my line required use of a mutually shared alley. Since then they have also installed a new water heater and water softener. As a repeat customer I would definitely recommend the team at Hope!"

We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. "Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"The installation went well,but afterwards I not getting any water pressure. I was calling the back out complaining, because I thought it was the water heater. The owner Chris came out and was relentless on finding the problem, which was not the water heater,but the water softener. I was not fair in the beginning , giving this company full consideration because,they were a referral and I had not heard of them, but I will not hesitate to use them again for plumbing need.
