"Plumbing is already backing up again just 3 weeks after they "cleared" my line. 3 ppl in the house and only toilet paper being flushed...no reason it should be backed up again already. See Google review from Derek B. For the more thorough review."

Since our humble beginnings as the “Little Plumber" back in 1922, Dunstan & Son Plumbing Company has maintained a singular mission to bring dependable, friendly, professional-grade service to Lake and Sumter counties’ cities and towns, including The Villages, Plantation, Highland Lakes, Royal Highlands and so many others. When the Dunstans retired, they entrusted their namesake business to established local plumber John Snyder, knowing he would continue the company’s long-standing reputation of honest, outstanding service. \n\nThough the company’s workforce has grown to more than 20 employees, Dunstan & Son still has the feel of the neighborhood business it was in its beginnings. During business hours, you will always reach a caring person when you call – never an automated routing system. And because we’re local, we understand the particular plumbing demands of Central Florida homes and buildings – and their owners.\n\nTo ensure that we keep our flawless record with both the Better Business Bureau and our customers, each and every employee, from our plumbers and customer service reps to our administrative staff, undergoes a rigorous background check and is regularly drug-screened in accordance with our zero tolerance policy. Whether a Dunstan & Son employee is in your home or helping you in the showroom, you can trust them to provide exceptional assistance every time.\nNo subs. Cost is determined by the job. "Got a hold of Kiley and Sons to find and repair or a problem with a hot water heater. They showed up and instead of diagnosing the problem they charged me $740.00 to install a new water heater. After installation the new water would not work. Tech decided to finally call and seek assistance. Got directed to check circuit breaker and wiring. You guessed it, broken wire all along. Stripped it back and reinserted and problem solved. Diagnosis should have been done first since he actually tested wires on old heater and got no voltage but went ahead and installed new heater anyway. Poor company to deal with. Spread the word to avoid Kiley and Sons at all cost.” The above review gives this company an "A" for both responsiveness and punctuality They showed up quick with a new heater that was not needed just to make a sale."

"It did not go well. The tech arrived and proceeded to use the camera to diagnose the problem. He never called and have me a price estimate to do that. He told my tenant that I had broken pipes under the house. When I called Meeks and asked for the footage so that I could possibly do a trenchless repair and not year up my floor they said that he did not make a record because no one requested it. I called for a stopped up toilet. A salesman named Scott did not return my calls for two days to tell me that there was no footage from the camera. They never sent me an itemized bill. I found out how much they charged when it showed up on my credit card . Basically they did nothing of value for 675 dollars. Bonnie Ollinger"
