Sales person on phone did not fully explain cleaning and coating, he was too anxious to book me but did say they would replace furniture when done. When crew arrived, they couldn't just clean and coat as originally priced, without stripping existing coating, which almost tripled the price. I specifically asked if work crew would help with laying carpet back down when done and told they would take care of it including replacing furniture. They left everything in shambles and ran out door saying if it's sticky don't walk on it. I'm a 74-year old woman who now has to move furniture including a sleeper sofa. Will never use again."
