"This company was contacted through HomeServe.  I have coverage on my natural gas heating system wiith HomeServe through Piedmont Natural Gas Co.  HomeServe contacted Miller Services after business hours and requested a technician be sent to my home to restore heat.  Within an hour Alan Brown was outside of my house in the cold and snowy weather investigating the problem.  He determined the cause of the problem and had it fixed in a short period of time.
Alan was very professional and personable. "Everyone on the administrative staff I spoke with was very helpful as well and informative about the process. The plumber arrived on time as scheduled and was very polite. The project had to be delayed due to my water meter had to be located. The plumber called city and the meter was located and Ease was here early the next day. He was very polite and advised me of everything he did. Before the project was completed he had to call another plumber out to bring a part and when he arrived he was just as courteous. They made sure everything was cleaned and all trash taken from the property before leaving. This was my first time having major plumbing work done and I was very pleased. Should I have any plumbing work in the future I will call Ease."
