On the one or two occasions that I mentioned something that needed attention, they were very responsive and accommodating. Truthfully, my house is not real messy (only me and my husband) but they always do a thorough job throughout the entire house. There are 4 BR, 3.5 baths, LR, DR, kitchen, FR, gameroom, and laundry room. Last week they cleaned one of my kitchen cabinets and washed the Waterford crystal inside for a small additional fee.
