"Aaron was the technician that came to fix the problem I had with my furnace. He found a fuse that was bad and replaced it. He also checked to see if the furnace was still running right. "This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone.
