He demonstrated potential problems with the mechanisms which weren’t well suited to assisting the heaviness our overhead door. The overhead door was a DYI installation and will be replaced by Precision Overhead Door Service. We are looking forward to having a properly functioning door once again."

A new door should not be installed until these corrections are made. Unfortunately, this work is not in my budget right now. He assured me that the garage is sound and that the door is safe to use. He even explained what problems might develop, probably wouldn't, and what to do, in case they did. The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too.
