"Called Nick early Friday morning he was able to come out and complete the job of replacing water heater that day. I had a small issue after he left called and left a message he called back immediately and issue was rectified with in the hour. Great service! Efficient!"

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

They fit us in quickly before a cold snap and worked long hours to get the job completed. The whole system looks great and they clearly take pride in their work. They have been responsive and timely about any follow-up tweaks to the system to get it running correctly. Their communication has been clear and response time is quick. Would definitely recommend! "What I thought would be a simple snaking turned out to be a month long adventure working alongside James (owner) and John at Mac Home Services. Mac Home was excellent. Immediately addressed any issues, worked steadily (even through the holidays!) to resolve pressing plumbing issues, kept me well up to date, were very reasonably priced all things considered. I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing issues. I can't say enough good things about the experience overall. My house was built in the late 1800s and ad-hoc added on to over the years with varying degrees of professional work and Mac work well to fix it all. I never felt like they were having me on (as a young-ish woman owner) or upselling me on anything."
