"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Mr. Terry and Mr. Steven are truly professionals at their work and it's amazing how well they work together like a well oiled machine. I mean it's really wonderful that they can do things like they can read each others mind, that they know what the other needs to getting the large jobs completed with no wasted time and workmanship is Superior. We had our entire A/C systems ventilation piping replaced and redesigned. The new system looks absolutely great and laid out perfectly. It looks great with no piping out of place that blew my mind how wonderful it looks and totally efficient and cools our large house everywhere.
