"Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Perfect as I expected and more. East Coast installed a central air system and a ductless heating and calling system in my house. They were much affordable than their competitor."

"It got done, unfortunately required a full system replacement."

"We hired thurston to power wash our house. The job took about 3 hours. They did a fantastic job! They power washed and scrubbed the house deck and even the driveway and sidewalk as well as the roof. Their attention to detail was outstanding! The siding looked like new, the deck was spotless , just a great job. Based on their work power washing our house I would definitely not only recommend them to power wash your house but I highly recommend them to do other jobs which I intend to do. This company definitely cares about delivering quality work to their customers. job title was not available in list so it was just chosen randomly. Actual job was power washing."

"We were very happy with the service we received from Ramon, Jr., and their crew. We had our 35 year old heating and cooling system replaced with a new high efficiency system. It was a big job and everything was done neatly and works great!"

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak. Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

"Matt was very professional and extremely courteous. The job was done in a timely manner and most importantly, effectively! My heat is up and running like new, just in time for the winter season ?"

"We had an electrical issue with our furnace and no one could figure it out. 5 contractors failed to locate and correct the issue. Dave came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to remedy the situation in a timely fashion. The furnace still works great to this day."

"My Mom had a 25 year old HVAC system that had a few issues.  Instead of trying to repair, and still having the system continue to fail, we felt it was time to replace it along with the 25 year old water heater. Checked around, and contacted 4 highly regarded HVAC companies/contractors ( ANGIES LIST ) looking for advice and recommendations on systems along with competitive pricing.  Difficult...... as all 4 contractors were in favor of different manufacturers, and we couldn't compare apples to apples.  Contacted Steve and he came right over and spent an extraordinary amount of time accessing the system and my Mom's home needs re: heating & cooling.  We had several phone conversations as well as at least 6 rounds of Emailing with questions, revisions, information sharing.  Steve was very patient with us, and made some well thought out recommendations in an attempt to make the system operate at its best as well as giving us value for our money.  My Mom, when she wants something done, she wants it done yesterday!  Steve made an appointment and was prompt and courteous and neat as a pin when installing the system.  It was a 2 day install and he was on time every appointment.  I realize Steve has just started his own company, but his level of experience, patience,  and years working for other HVAC contractors make him an excellent choice.  He is open to suggestions, is not "locked in" to any particular manufacturer, provides good value, and is professional at all times.  We wish him continued success!
