"I called Randy Lane Plumbing and explained that we had a leaky outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced and possibly the inside valve also. I explained that the inside valve was in a tight space above a built-in bookcase. We set a date and time for a plumber to replace the faucet. Al arrived at the scheduled time. It was a difficult job but he was able to remove a shelf in order to get to the pipe he had to replace. I thought the price was fair as it included the faucet and other parts and it involved additional labor to get to the inside water pipe. Al was professional and friendly and I was very satisfied with his work. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again."

He checked the A/C system inside and went outside to check the unit out there. He came back and said everything was great. He asked if I had any further questions or if I needed anything done before he left. He was very pleasant to deal with."
