"Steve showed up and first filled the unit with nitrogen to see if the leak could be located that way. Since the leak was so small and was located under some line insulation it was not evident. Step 2 was to vacuum out Nitrogen and replace with Freon and dye. We ran the unit for 24 hours and then Steve came back the following day and found the leak from the dye. He then had to repair the hole and then refill the system with coolant again after another deep vacuum.  
All in all he was very professional and he told me from the very beginning how much the cost would be and stuck to that exact price to the penny. Steve is definitely one of the most honest tradesmen in the business and I will definitely be using him again when it comes time to replace my ageing AC unit.

"It went great, they came out in no time, and were able to fix the A/C unit that I really thought was dead because it was old and I had issues with it in the past. This is not the first time I have used Morris A/C, infact I had a friend who had another A/C company come out to fix their unit and told them the compressor had blown and they needed to buy a new unit, I told them before they did that to have Russ from Morris A/C come out and take a look, just to get a second opinion. He got there and 30 minutes later they had a working A/C unit, it turned out it was just a blown fuse in the unit..... I can't speak highly enough about this company and I would never use anyone else. I rate them an 11 on a scale from 1 to 10!!!!"

"John Newton, the owner, responded to my call himself and told me his administrator would follow up to schedule the service which she did immediately. They came out the same week, completed the service, diagnosed the problem on one of the units and returned the next day for the repair. The cost of the repair? $0. When does that EVER happen?! The part was under warranty which was lucky but honestly, when do you ever pay zero?

John Newton and his service me are always timely, tidy and professional. He is one of the very few service people we know who we trust entirely on diganosis and price.

By way of background, we own a 1928 home in FL which came with four old HVAC units. When we bought the home multiple service companies told us we needed four new units, which was not an option. John Newton and his company CSMP was referred to us by another contractor. John listened to our needs and budget concerns, got all of the units working, and then outlined a plan to replace the units over time in the event they did require replacement. When the time came to replace units, John presented more than one option and a very fair price. He and his men are highly skilled professionals who arrive on time, leave the house clean, and are considerate of the family schedule. We've called them over the weekend more than once with an A/C or heat emergency and they respond with an appointment early that week or sometimes Monday morning!

It is a challenge to find service professionals you can trust. We would not use anyone else for our HVAC needs and give John and his company our strongest recommendation.

"Great service as always! Took our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in Jan 15, 2020 to have the front struts replaced and an Alignment. About 3 days ago (Feb 24th) the passenger side wheel started making a popping noise when driving at speeds under 30 miles per hour. Called Coachman and they said to bring it in. Took it in this morning and they immediately took it in to find and correct the issue. Within about 1 hour got a call that the problem had been found and corrected. No charge at all to fix I have used Coachman over the years on various vehicles and always feel like they are very honest and do great work at reasonable prices and have frequently recommended them to friends.
