"Paul called me within minutes of my request. He was able to get to my house within only a few hours, which I thought was outstanding! He quickly identified the issues and fixed on the spot. Later in the day I had an issue arise. I called Paul and he walked me through some troubleshooting and i was up and running again! Great quick service. "Very professional and totally knowledgeable about his products and installation. He worked with me on trying to explain what was necessary for my job and didnâ t try to sell me more than I needed. In the end I did decide to replace The whole AC and Heating Unit for peace of mind through no press from him. He has a additional one year warranty on labor only if needed. He was here on a Thursday and started the job on Friday then finished on Saturday. He moved his schedule around to accommodate me so I wouldnâ t be without AC. He was dependable and on time. I know I can call him for my future AC issues if any."
