"We initially were in contact with Mad City to replace our tub and shower surround but decided to hold off on that. We ended up working with Mad City to replace our front bay window, sliding patio door and a kitchen in the window and they were great. The quoting process was very easy and they worked with us on what we could afford to have done at this time. The delivery was as expected as far as timeframe. The installation exceeded our expectations! The install crew was very quick and respectful to our home and cleaned up everything before they left. There were two latches missing during delivery/install but they were in stock the following week and they sent a guy out to install. We would recommend at least talking with Mad City about your window or bath needs."

"Our installation of a new surround and tub was to be installed,Paul came down to do the installation,unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to the design of the tile, after a phone call that day that was fixed but would take time for the new style to be made. Paul said that the tub could be installed unfortunately when the tub was made the dimensions were incorrect . We were without tub/ shower for three weeks as the old surround had already been taken out. Paul did his best and was very nice and professional. On July 3,2021 Matt arrived just before 8am. He was awesome, within four hours he had everything installed and cleaned up. Needless to say we were very happy to have our bathroom up and working again. We are very pleased with the tub and surround. I highly recommend Matt and Paul, sorry I didnâ  t get there last names. I would and have recommended Bath Fitters."

"We hired elegance to replace our master bath that was original to our home. From the very beginning of our interaction we felt comfortable with Marc. He was never aggressive, and we sincerely appreciated that as we have heard many horror stories about pushy sales people. We were unsure as to what materials we wanted to use and even unsure of where our budget should have been. Marc took a lot of time and was very patient with us as we probably changed our mind a good 20 times. There was a short wait once everything was chosen in order to get the product . "Overall, I am very happy with the work. They actually completed it about 9 months ago, but I wanted to wait to see if any problems developed before fully commenting and I am happy to say all is well. Paragon was pretty prompt in following up on my initial inquiry with a detailed review of the work I wanted done and estimate that I could easily compare to others and note similarities and differences. In the end, the estimate was within 5% or so of the actuals even when unexpected situations arose once the walls were opened. The crew arrived early on most days and worked diligently. There was no "drama" with workers not showing up, not getting along or not doing what they were supposed to do. The only complication that weighed down my assessment was that within the first week of the work starting, the project manager left due to medical reasons. While this could not be avoided, this meant that there was no project manager on my job to keep me apprised of the plans for the week, etc. Tom, the owner, stepped in and personally managed the job for the duration. While I think he did an admirable job, I'm sure that this was difficult to manage with everything else. As we got to parts of the project where work was done but had to wait for inspections, the value of having a dedicated project manager was apparent. There were days that the guys were not scheduled to come and I didn't know that until about 9 am when no one was here, and I called the office. Or maybe they only needed to come for a few hours vs the whole day, and I was not informed in advance. Having said all this, I think overall things went well and I have received many compliments. Everything was done in about 2 1/2-3 months and I was never without a working toilet and shower. I would use them again for similar work."
