"The service provider appropriately diagnosed the problem timely and offered acceptable repair options. The company was extremely responsive with the initial service call as well as with the follow-up repair. I would definitely recommend their services to others."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The workers arrived - 2 trucks and 2 teams arrived early and immediately began working - inside and outside, cleaning the duct from both ends. They cleaned up the work areas and departed for the next appointment. They were very proficient, professional. dressed in uniforms, friendly and polite. The question was money paid or was services performed cannot have 2 answers no money was paid and services were performed.."

"Great. Diagnosed the problem, gave me repair options and advised me to take the lower cost, more effective option, did the repair. Timely."

"Wonderful! Unit stopped working during extreme heat......Summer 2015. Even though he was booked that day, he managed to come out, diagnose, quote & repair the unit that evening. I'll only use JMW Mechanical. Superior work, honest/professional/friendly service at a great price. Best of the Best!"

"We shopped for price, and all the companies were neck and neck. Jones offers variety and helps you figure out what you need instead of trying to oversell you. It's not just one size fits all. He always asks when he can do service in the future, and he's persistent but not pushy. He was recommended to us by our neighbors, and he's very credible. The owner is Everett Jones."

"Froggy's called me immediately after I submitted my request on Angi. We discussed the problem I was having, and they gave me several ideas to try to get my A/C unit running properly before actually coming to take a look. I ended up taking their suggestions - cleaning the unit and blowing out the drain line - which resolved the issue. I appreciate and respect a company willing to provide a few troubleshooting/DIY tips before being eager to charge a service fee. Will definitely call in the event I need help in the future."

"

Prompt, professional and completed the work in a timely manner.  We had a couple of options for resolution of this leaky faucet problem and while neither was a "bargain" (plumbing, electricity, appliance repair, etc. are seldom low cost items), we appreciated the time he took to explain to us the problem, the consequences of doing nothing and our options.  In the past we have had repair services perform a job and not discuss cost or options with us before proceeding.

We will go with Spangler again if (when) the need arises.
