Rob and his crew were great. They did everything a professional is supposed to do. They were pleasant to work with and they seemed to care about doing a good job.

They showed up on time, worked hard, did the job correctly and cleaned up after themselves before they left.

The drain repair was a nasty job. The old cast iron pipe broke right in the middle of the basement wall. They had to break through a concrete patio outside and dig approximately 4 feet down to get to the ancient cast iron drain pipe. They cut and removed the old pipe and replaced it with new PVC, including a cleanout. They also ran into issue inside the basement and had to replace more of the cast iron pipe than planned. No whining, no complaining they just did the job. Many tradesmen these days don't have much patience with old houses and their idiosyncrasies.

They did a great job and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

To be honest my expectations were low, but to my surprise the engineer, Alex, who conducted this work brought with him the kind of old-fashioned workmanship we once had in this country when a certain generation of Europeans were of working age. Alex spent no less than six hours cleaning every inch of a three-thermostat system. To make things better, he left the areas where he had worked in the apartment immaculate. During this lengthy time, Alex was highly professional, personable, and considerate of me and my space. I see that the Company has over 250 5-star reviews, so there is little more I can say – except that as a very tough NYC costumer, I offer up my highest recommendation for this business. The following day, I took the time to call the Owner, Dimitri, who could not have been more delighted by the fact that I had such a positive experience. "It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. I highly recommend the service."

"He assessed the problem quickly & told me exactly what happened. Unfortunately, it wasn't just an AC issue but a plumbing leak that caused the problem. The repair had to be done in stages but he was able fix it so we did have air immediately & didn't have to be uncomfortable while awaiting the plumbing being repaired. The job has since been completed & we are very pleased."
