"Excellent !  A friend just purchased a house in Inwood, WV, and had no hot water.  I looked up Plummers for her and she started calling.  They were the only company that would come out in less that 5 days WITH OUT charging an EMERGENCY fee. She was given an appointment time of between 11AM and 2PM.  CJ and Colby arrived at 11:15 and by 1230 she had hot water!  They replaced both heating elements, and were very professional, courteous. They explained what they were doing and why.  They also explained why the elements had burned out.  For the cost and service she will be calling them if she needs a plummer again!

Due to the speedy response to the well pump issue I asked them if they could schedule a visit to assess the leaking hot water tank ( I had another plumber scheduled but best appointment time was two weeks hence). They were able to schedule another visit very quickly and replace the problem tank."

Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. We don't have to use as much soap for the dishes or for the shower as we used to thanks to all the hardness being filtered out. Our hair and skin feels much cleaner after a shower. The water not only tastes better, but we feel more at ease drinking it. My morning coffee tastes so much better and is much stronger than before (so now I can use less coffee). "The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."
