"I don't normally like to give 5 star reviews, not because they're not possible, but because I feel like most people just spam the 5 star button and don't give reasonable explanations to fit the rating. In this case though it really was 5 star service. Nathaniel was our HVAC Technician and he did an excellent job explaining everything he was working through and looking at when diagnosing our central AC system and inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. The appointment ended with my wife and I both very much more knowledgeable than we started out at, about both AC systems and the various parts and processes in general, and our own system's status (A lot of that information was not made very clear to us when we purchased the house a year ago). I now feel I have a good idea of how well our current system is performing and am better prepared to make the right decisions going forward about what parts may need replaced, when, for how much, etc. Not only was he very informative, but he obviously did good work on our system as it's running much more efficiently now that he's tuned it up and replaced a couple items that were in need of replacement. Overall, very helpful and very happy with the service Nathaniel provided. Will be using One Hour again come winter time for furnace checks."

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"We have a new go-to HVAC guy for our home!! Professional from the moment I submitted the request for service all the way through to payment. Dave brought his many years of experience to the table and diligently diagnosed the issue with my dead HVAC system. I was given options for repair and he made quick work of installing a new blower. This problem had been undiagnosed by two other repair companies! Dave really stepped up for us when we were down. I know we'll always get the best service with DB3's HVAC!"

"John Cloud was professional, courteous, and does excellent work. I would highly recommend Cloud 9 Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC maintenance, repair, or installation!"

"Thomas (the owner) arrived within an hour of my call and replaced my old furnace the same day! Turned out great and the price seemed very reasonable."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."
