It turns out that I had a stopped up drain pipe, so the water from the air conditioner was backing up and leaking onto the utility closet floor. The technician showed me everything- including the plug in the pipe and explained exactly what had happened. He fixed the problem and suggested ways to keep the issue from occurring again. I was  so pleased with the service and responsiveness that I purchased a maintenance program for both of my HVAC units to prevent any future issues. I was offered the maintenance program at a discounted price and was very pleased all the way around.

"It was a little complicated. As far as the plumbing work, that went fine. They're a little bit high pressure on their service contract. I ended up signing for a service contract for $15 a month. It's an automatic withdrawal so I have to wait for a year to undo it. I just wanted my plumbing fixed. I don't want the service contract. It was a simple job. They're polite. I ended up paying an additional $200."
