"My expectations are that everything is done in 2 weeks. That's really not reasonable, it took about six weeks and had new ductwork installed, W/D utility sink relocated, new bathroom with separate sink/vanity area and then sliding door leading to shower/toilet area. The plumbing and electrical did take some added time but quality jobs take time and I did re-direct them at times to change the layout which they had no problem doing. Greg tiled the shower and bathroom floor at no extra cost since I set him up on another job in a rental house I own.

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"Speedy Anjeles/crew did a wonderful job of repairing a concrete sidewalk that had been damaged. We wanted to make sure that the repair would match the current concrete sidewalk and not look like a repair. The sidewalk was a washed aggregate, and it can be difficult to match. The repair matched perfectly, and we could not be happier with it.
They also added a new front porch to our home and did a wonderful job. The crew was prompt, courteous, respectful of our landscaping and completed the job beyond our expectations. And, as an added big bonus their price was very reasonable. We recommend them highly.

"The person that came out to discuss it with us she was wonderful, she new everything and every question we had she either answered it herself or found the answer elsewhere. The gentleman that arranged the installation was really good the installers were clean and left everything very neat. I was very satisfied with them."

"I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."
