"The service was superior from the initial contact where I requested a quote to the installation. I spoke with Samantha to arrange for someone to come out to provide me with a quote and she promptly scheduled an appointment around my schedule. Mike came out and provided me with several options for a heat pump and promptly sent me an email with the heat pump options and prices. I had contacted 4 other HVAC companies in my area that also provided me with estimates. Accu-Rite Services was the only company that followed up to see if I had any questions and to see if I was still in the process of replacing my heat pump. I called Accu-Rite Services a couple times with questions and Samantha was quick to provide an answer and was very knowledgeable. I scheduled a date for my installation and Accu-Rite Services showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. The installation was really quick, old heat pump was removed, new heat pump installed, everything completely cleaned up and new thermostat was installed. Mike gave a thorough explanation of how the heat pump and thermostat worked. Accu-Rite Services took care of registering my heat pump, scheduled county inspection and also checked for any rebates that were available for me. I absolutely love my new heat pump. "I waited until heating season to post this.  I wanted to make sure there were no issues with the heating portion of my system.  There aren't any.
My A/C suddenly couldn't sufficiently cool my house.  I called Bradham Brothers.  They came out that same morning.  The technician quickly diagnosed that one of the compressor valves failed.  Since it was a 10 year old, trouble prone, inefficient unit, it was time to replace it.  An estimator came out the next day.  He was very knowledgeable about how efficient of a unit I could purchase, based on the the location of the outdoor unit and the indoor units.  I signed up for a complete replacement for my heating/cooling system.  As a courtesy, 2 days later they came out, at no additional charge, to replace my outdoor unit with a used unit they had salvaged from another installation.  This kept me cool until they could schedule my work.
The installation was flawlessly.  They placed runners on all the paths to my attic to protect the carpet.  The work was completed in less than a day.  They had me inspect their work to make sure that I was satisfied.  It was so much better workmanship than my builder's installers.
Through no fault of Bradham, some drywall was damaged when they removed a hatch to pass the equipment through (the builder didn't install the hatch correctly).  Despite that, Bradham sent out a repairman to fix the drywall, buy color matched paint, and repaint the repair.  Again, at no additional charge to me.
I've used Bradham exclusively for the past 8 years.  They will be the only HVAC company that I will ever use in the Charlotte area.  The building inspector that inspected the installation told me that Bradham was one of 2 companies that he would ever use.  He should know!
