"as installed in 2010, which is correctThe plumbers did arrive about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the 2 hour window.  I explained the problem.  They asked me to show where the drain went in the basement.  They estimated it was about 55 feet from the kitchen sink that would need to be cleaned.  They said they would perform a whole house plumbing inspection while there.  While one plumber worked on the drain the other checked for natural gas leaks, there were none, and checked the water heater.  They told me the water heater was installed in 2010, which is correct.  He also told me the anode rod needed replacing.  I googled anode rods and found 2 references from plumbing supply companies that verified everything he told me.  They also sold me an enzyme to maintain the drain.

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"I purchased the $30 promotion for a hour of service. The owner showed up with an employee. They installed the water heater and unclogged the drain in 2 hours. I paid $170 plus the $30 promotion through Angie's List. I saved over $500 compared with the plumber that I had previously planned on using. I had a small connection problem on the water heater. I contacted the owner and he arrived at my house a couple hours later, 8:00 pm. I was completely satisfied and plan on using Froggy's in the future.

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. It went excellent.  We have used Spenglers in the past for a complete Water Heater replacement, their office staff are spot on, their field techs are professional, personable and knowledgeable.  They arrived on time, I was notified by the office when they were on the way, they made their scheduled arrival, and the entire job took less than 4 hours.  The quality of materials is outstanding, the lines were all soldered in without any leaks, and the technician even took the time to show me how the new faucet could be tightened if leaks appear later on.  This job is now two months complete and I have no leaks, and I can (finally) wash the cars and water the front flower beds without hauling hose or buckets.  Awesome job for the Spengler's team!

"Josh and his team are outstanding!  I purchased an older home for my daughter.  Upon moving in, we noticed several tiles in the bathroom were shattered, cracked, missing or poorly affixed with silicone caulk.  We tried to clean the mold from around the tub/shower ahead of time, but the enormous amount of silicone caulk made it impossible.
Josh met me at the house a few days after closing.  He quickly removed a poorly installed tile so I could try to match color/size.  He even offered to call his tile sources if I could not find a match (house is 70yrs old).  I found a close match that day at Tile Source on Hanley/Laclede Station road, called Josh to schedule work.  Josh and his team met me exactly at the time scheduled on a Monday morning before work (from scheduling appointments with other vendors I quickly learned Josh's promptness was quite unique.  Other vendors were 1-2 hours late, or showed up a week late).   
Josh / team did a perfect job!  I will use them again and highly recommend them.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
