"Steve designed a new Combi-Boiler System to replace an old water heater set-up used for DHW and in-floor heat. This is a much more efficient system and the installation was very professional and aesthetically pleasing to boot. He also came up with a relay setup so the thermostat in place would send the proper signal to the combi unit. Well done!"

"Bryan with Kaduce provided a range of options for replacing our system. He walked us through the costs and benefits of each option for our cabin. The install crew was friendly and did a good job installing they mini-split system we selected. They also completed the rebate process with the power company and registered our system with Carrier. The system is operating great. Very comfortable and much more energy efficient than our previous heating and cooling system. I would definitely choose Kaduce again."

They were on time, very thorough and gave us a written report of each component they inspected and then spoke with us to go over everything. The price was very affordable . CB Mechanical saved us from the expensive of a new furnace as we had gotten it inspected by another company last spring. The other company told us we had visible cracks on the heat exchanger should replace the furnace right away, then gave us a quote for installing a new furnace. "The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
