"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call. So glad I did. Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient! I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too. "They took pictures of the burned coils etc., and the next morning they were here exactly when they said they would be. They had a new system replaced and installed in 1/2 a day, no mess left, no incidents during or after the repair or in the last year. They even made a make shift door to replace the wall they took out. The air works "SO GOOD" I have to turn the air up because it gets so cold. Or is it down? Regardless, they did an Excellent AAA***** job. Thanks guys. Well worth the money spent."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."
