"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"I've used this guy for A/C repairs and also when I finally replaced the really old unit with a new one. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly during the repairs to the really old unit we had. He did not just throw parts at it and hope it would fix the issue. "Following the receipt of the written estimate and our reading of the estimate, all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. We found him very helpful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional throughout the proposal and installation process. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. This was was accomplished with the least amount of disruption to our schedule The appointment to install the system was kept promptly and the installation crew conducted themselves professionally and answered any ongoing questions that we had during the installation. They were all, each and everyone of them polite and left the installation area clean and tidy. We will would use Total Maintenance in the future.
