"Excellent service and person. Explained how the water purification system worked and kindly answered my questions. Felt I received Honest and professional service ."

"Jay saved me almost $1000 by rebuilding my water system instead of selling me brand new tanks. He explained how the tanks work and the proper maintenance schedule to make my system last a long time. He offered to put me on his schedule to handle the maintenance checks himself. I would recommend Jay to anyone needing a water purification system."

"My water softener (which I inherited from my grandmother) was stuck in an endless purge cycle, so I called the man who installed it, but he was no longer in business. I looked on Angie's list for another merchant. I found AOK and the reviews looked good, I liked that it was a family-owned company, and the prices that people paid were in my feasible range. I made the appointment to have my softener looked at, and Kevin showed up a few minutes early. We reviewed my options, and we determined that my system, which was not new when I inherited it a few years ago, was too old to fix for a price that made sense. Replacing the entire system cost only $250 more than repairing, so I went for it. I was at work, but my roommate was home when Kevin returned to make the repair. He said the water would be out for a couple of hours, but it was less time than that. The water has been even softer than it was before ever since. Very happy with my purchase! The grade of B for price merely means that I had not intended to pay that much; it is not meant as a criticism of AOK's prices. The grade of B for Quality reflects minor complaints, like leaving the soil turned over and piled up around the softener, leaving an empty sports drink bottle, leaving the cord from the old system balled up on the ground, etc. They were really minor annoyances; I would use AOK again in a heartbeat."

"Kevin and Kristie were fantastic to work with. I called 2 other companies to give me information as I was new to this. Each company just handed me a flyer and let me know the price. Kevin called me and we talked for 20-30 minutes. He answered every question I had no matter how stupid it was. Kevin and Kristie showed up the next day to see the setup. They gave me the best price and the best service. I have already recommended and continue to recommend AOK to anyone interested in water treatment"

"I am extremely happy with my water now. They have the best purification system for your water. Also it is solid stainless steel. Which is very important in this heat. Plastic is no good. Everyone is professional and personable. Excellent company. I would recommend them to my own family. As a matter of fact I have already. Thank you Victory First Water."

"Two old shower pulls were hard to work and one leaking profusely. Also, water heater not making lots of hot water and 12 years old. Asked for a flush and recommendation for replacement. Tech showed up on time and ready to work. Rebuilt pulls quickly and knowledgeably. Attempted to flush water heater but too far gone. Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

"They walked me through options on repairs and made recommendations"

"I highly recommend the plumber, Richard, who arrived at my home to evaluate my hot water heater and to install a new shower head in the bathtub. Richard was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs that were required. He quoted me an estimate and performed a thorough evaluation of my hot water heater. Richard also gave me a folder which contained valuable information describing all the services performed by Cass Plumbing. I will definitely now call Cass Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thank You!!!"

"The technicians came out to install the system, and they were great. They got everything set up without any issues and were easy to talk to the whole time. Our water tastes way better now, and we?re happy with how everything turned out. I?d definitely recommend them."

"Tyler showed up on time. Was able to diagnose the issue with my existing system providing me with options for repair or replace. As my system was old I decide to move forward to replacement. It was done same day very happy with the quality of work. And the product. I would highly recommend Water Filtration."
