"As an architect i felt very comfortable with Rich's ability to discuss in detail the issues related to his indoor air quality testing for our home."

"Great service and communication was amazing! I highly recommend this company for testing your indoor environment. They let me know about all the issues I had and instructed my contractor on how to fix the issues. Afterwards they came back to check their work and to make sure my air quality was in acceptable conditions. Thank you so much guys!"

"This Company licensed indoor air quality specialist was very thorough with first five inspection criteria and made constructive suggestion to improve final demolition cleanup to protect from future mold growth due to hurricane Ian flooding of our first floor. Our contractor followed Florida license air quality specialist recommendations and our final inspection will provide approval to continue with flood construction repairs. Specialist was timely, pleasant, helpful and communicated results in a professional manner. I am very pleased and would recommend Floridaâ s Best Mold Inspections and itâ s specialist, Yoni Azran."

"They arrived precisely at 8 a.m. when they said they would. I am truly impressed and happy with the work that was done. They took the time to cover my furniture before beginning the air duct cleaning process and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They also did a walk through to make sure that I was happy with the job they did. There is a remarkable difference in the before and after air quality and I see an improvement in my allergies. I would highly recommend this company."

"Thorough inspection, test results and next steps plan came in quickly"

"Amazing! Very quick to call and explain process. Was extremely prompt coming to my condo. Set up air quality test and explained all the different things they test for. Gave us a very detailed tutorial . Very helpful. During the Air quality testing technician did a walk through of the condo. If you are looking for someone who is reliable and thorough at a reasonable price this is the company you want. I also appreciated the no scare tactic approach!"

"Scale of "Star" ratings are usually 1-5. I would give 10. From our first conversation, which Yoni replied to immediately after I requested a quote, to the very last day, the communication was constant, keeping me up to date on schedules, arrival times and the process of the work. Professional, impeccable work, going above and beyond. I am so grateful to have found Quality 1 Restoration and would recommend this company (Yoni and everyone who worked with him) highly. I never thought I would be "okay" with the thought of having a mold issue, and now I know I have someone to count on. Best find!!"
