"I would like to take a moment to commend Ricky Aroz, Blair Heating and Air, for his outstanding customer service. On March 31, 2017, I required a replacement air conditioning unit.  I had just lost my husband and was under incredible stress.  Ricky Oroz not only professionally replaced the air conditioning unit, but his excellent customer service and compassion put me at great ease.  If I could, I would give him 10 out of 5 Stars for his customer service.  Ask for Ricky Oroz at Blair Heating and Air if you ever need an air conditioning professional. Thanks again Ricky! Sincerely, Darlene Lacy"

"Fantastic. Finally A/C working way it should with new units, easy control with smart thermostat. Steve and Jake were professional and did great job."

"HD Mechanical did an excellent job. After trying to fix my water heater, the tech offered me two solutions, the first to repair the old unit and the second to replace it. I chose to replace the unit because it was 20 years old. He was able to return in two days and spend many hours at my home. The tech was courteous, professional, explained everything and made sure everything was working properly before he left."

"This company installed a mini split and heat pump system the first one 2 yrs ago and another one 2 months ago, they run beautifully and the installers we efficient, tidy and very pleasant I recommend them highly"

"Unbelievable customer service. I’ve needed a new water heater for a while, been calling around for quotes. And this was the best!! They came out within a day and took out the old water heater and installed the new one within a few hours. Their customer service was top notch, their install was great and their clean up was very thorough and best of all was the price!"

"How often do you get a very good price, combined with a
contractor that does exactly what they say they are going to do, and they start
and finish on time? That was my experience with Approved Air Conditioning and Heating
located in Vista, CA. My project was a lot of work and Mike Gentry could have
come up with any number of reasons why it was going to take longer. When I saw
him working routinely from 7:30 AM until 6:30 PM I knew he?d get it done. My
project entailed 2 furnaces, 2 A/C units, 2 electronic air cleaners, and 2 UV
lights?in 2 different locations in the house.
I interviewed 6 different vendors?many of them the big names
in San Diego County. Sales people of these companies would come and recommend
the equipment and you never got to meet the actual folks installing. I?ve
learned from handling numerous contractors in the past that you get better
workmanship from owner\operator contractors providing they have experience and
good client ratings. I always check out their truck?if there is no pride in how
they maintain their own equipment I avoid them. From the beginning it was
apparent Mike Gentry knew what he was talking about and did not try to oversell
me. He also didn?t nickel and dime me with changes?he routed an A/C discharge
line to the outside of my house where I could harvest the condensation water
for irrigation. Furthermore, Mike and his son Nathan cleaned up after
themselves as the work progressed. I felt totally confident leaving them alone
in my home. They also applied for approval as a YGrene Contractor (recommended
over Hero) so I could get a better interest rate. His son Nathan helped me
download the APP?s for control of the Honeywell 9000 thermostats on my I-Pad.
It?s sweet lying in bed in the AM and firing up both furnaces.
I highly recommend this company and I will not hesitate to
use them in the future.

"Ryan, the owner from Airtight A/C came right over and fixed our unit asap just before the big heat! He was in and out within the hour..no muss, no fuss and his prices were lower than other places we called in our area. He will be our "go to" technician in future calls for heating and cooling problems. Great, quick service. Five stars easy! Thanks a million Ryan. You saved our lives in this heat! Joe & Alice Skiles"

"Installation went smoothly with great clean-up and follow-through. He had the metal shop make a protective cover for the air scrubber as it is mounted on the outside of the HVAC unit."

"Great customer service from start to finish. I had tenants moving into a rental and wanted to make sure the a/c unit was ok. I took advantage of a special the company was running for a/c check up. Orlando and a worker showed up on time and got right to work. Cleaned out the vent, replaced a filthy filter and did a general check up and service. He even checked the furnace and did not charge extra!! They were at the house for quite some time. Orlando informed me that the coils on the a/c should also be cleaned and explained why clean coils help the unit run more efficiently, who knew. He gave me a quote in case I want to have work done in the fiuture. After he left a licensed general contractor who was working on the kitchen while Orlando was working told me the price Orlando charged for the service was a great deal. He also told me the price Orlando quoted for cleaning the coils was fair and that everything thing Orlando said about the need for clean coils was true. I will certainly be calling this company for any future a/c or furnace needs."

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."
