"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "It went great...we've used Michael many times and called him to look at the Swamp Cooler motor because I thought it was shot ...would only work on low...he came over and said it's probably just the fan / pump / cool rotary switch inside the house that controls the pump.....turns out he was right.  Turned a $200+ job into a $55.00 job and a nice cool house.  We always call Michael when things don't work right!

The main two were replacement of my disposal and my kitchen faucet. For all of these appointments, the service was good and the repairs or checks were successful. All of the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I did feel that the plumbing charges were quite high."
