"This is the third large project we have had done by Standard. The first was a broken boiler in the winter. The technician showed up the next day and installed a new part within an hour. We called them back to install a ductless AC system in some parts of our old house. And they just updated our central AC system which was 25 years old. The service is excellent and all technicians are polite and knowledgeable. We are very pleased."

"It went better than I could have imagined. All the other calls I made required a repair technician appointment and a separate salesperson appointment. Vitaliy the HVAC Doctor was extremely knowledgeable -- able to repair our old A/C enough to get us through until the new A/C was installed AND get us set up with a new one. We got a great new 2-stage A/C at a terrific price. Vitaliy really knows HVAC, and did a super job. Also, he has an incredible work ethic. He fit us in on short notice on a Saturday, and took his time answering all our questions. Once we were satisfied with the solution, he fixed everything by headlamp in the dark. He made sure we never felt pressured or rushed. We absolutely have a new favorite HVAC company."

"Great customer service. Really professional and easy to work with! I would heartily recommend AAA Anderson's to anyone needing appliance repair."

"Great!!!! Thanks so much. Looking forward to having you replace the central humidifier"

"Our technician was great. He was on time and quickly identified the problem as a leaking refrigerator, which surprised us since we had seen no water by or under the appliance. He charged us a nominal fee since we need to find someone else to repair the refrigerator since the problem is the unit itself and none of the connections."

"I called them to fix my drinking water. The first time, it didn’t go so well but they came back the next day with a more experienced tech and with no excuses or extra cost, fixed the problem"

"I had barely finished request on HomeAdvisor when they called me. They were here the next afternoon to look at my central air system and the same evening they came to install our new unit. They're great at explaining what they found and how they arrive at final cost numbers. They showed me what repairing our old unit would entail and gave me quotes on a basic and an energy efficient replacement, letting me choose the option I wanted to pursue.I'd recommend them highly."

"Excellent service, excellent Plumber. I have no comparison for the price, so I don't know if it is in line or not. Net net - I'm very pleased."
