"When I was looking for a new high efficiency furnace, I received several quotes and Sure Temp was almost $800 cheaper than any other Carrier dealer. They were on time and did a neat and effective job of installing the furnace. They made sure that everything was clean and all of the paperwork was simple. I was very happy I bought the furnace and used them. Since that time I had 4 service calls. One was related to a minor issue related to installation that appeared during the winter and was quickly dealt with and three calls were related to an issue outside of their control that was tricky to resolve. They were very responsive in getting to my house and dealing with the issue, sometimes having same day service calls available. They were able to get the issue resolved through alot of research and once it was dialed in I have not had a repeat. "Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen!  What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection.  Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data.  And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"Fred and his team are true stars. We needed to replace our entire HVAC system and they came in to do free estimation on the day that I submit the request. We had contacted several other local companies and all of them were asking for over 10k even with some cheaper/smaller brands. "Bassett was fast to respond to my inquiry on Home Advisor/Angi. They offered to evaluate my old boiler furnace that evening so we didn't have to miss work to be there. I though we may need a new furnace but they were able to make some adjustments to make our upstairs heat work that night (which it hadn't for a while). They made a plan to return in less than 48 hours with the supplies and equipment needed for a permanent fix. They stayed within the price quote and even moved my thermostat as a last minute request."

"This is a touchy question. Once the technician talked to Choice Home Warranty "it was" going well for replacement of washer,but, when they offered $178.00 I was totally floored. Where am I going to find a Kenmore of equal quality for that price? So, as of today we have a non working washer. But, with confidence in Choice am sure it will end with a good relationship. If not we have another avenue at hand. I must say that when I lived in California I had the same coverage, had the entire heating & a/c system replaced for the price of a service call $70.00. No question it was amazing to have THAT coverage then."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
