We have had a very bad couple of weeks, with loosing a freezer full of food, and our septic line breaking just a couple days before this treatment system install! We were worried to death fore sure, that something wasn’t going to go right, but in fact, this entire service was a complete pleasure. I cannot thank each of these individuals enough for their service and politeness. I am sure this is a testimony to the quality of Purfect Water Solution itself. "Though contracting/consultation was secured through Trident Water Treatment, the company Kel Tran Water Treatment completed the installation. The Technicians were well-equipped and experienced to complete the installation. Great Job !!!"

"TL;DR: Work remains incomplete. Commitments made by Haven H2O were not fulfilled. We chose this company based on strong reviews and a competitive estimate for replacing our whole?house water softener system. The contract was signed and a deposit paid in December 2025. Installation in January 2026 included materials, equipment, and labor. The brine tank was to be replaced, but Joe did not have it on?hand and said he would return to install it. He also said he would remove the old tank. Neither has occurred. Water softener tanks are not accepted by trash services and are considered hazardous material, creating added disposal burden. Beginning in March 2026, I texted Joe requesting removal of the old tank. ? Mar 4: ?I can get it next week.? ? Mar 12: ?I will be out there next week.? ? Mar 19: ?Trying to get there today or tomorrow.? A voicemail on Mar 30 received no response. Payment was made per the contract, but the work remains incomplete."

"4/29/23 Christian tech checks our our home AC. He notes the cooling coils are rusty, a source of coolant leak, and the system, at 14 years age, is near it's end of life. He also noted some mold in the blower blades, which isn't easily seen. He put pressure gauges on the system at outside valves and reported coolant pressure was good. System was test run successfully. He sold us a 1 year maintenance agreement. 6/2/23 outside temp reaches 93 deg. We turned on the AC and only warm air came out. Outside compressor WOULD NOT RUN. We had Christian rep come out. He said all coolant had leaked out. He offered a leak test with dye for $510, or replace the "rusted" coil for at least $3681. We declined. A Christian salesman later quoted a full system replacement. We had another AC company investigate. He found the outside valves HAND TIGHT ONLY, which would allow coolant leak. We had him pressure test with nitrogen over a 4 day weekend, which he charged ONLY a $149 service call. Starting psi over 300. Psi after 4 days over 300 psi. We had him recharge the system. He noted that coils are rusty within 6 months from new. We then had him recharge the system. Total costs with labor & visits both companies $1,595. 7/11/23 Date writing this review. AC working well, same electric power usage for air temps as prior years. Christian seems more interested in selling new systems. Giving benefit of doubt, their 4/29 "technician" was incompetent."

Patrick assessed the problem and provided 3 different estimates for the work that could be done to resolve the issue. He was efficient and very careful when working in our bathroom.
