"They arrived, saw the issue, and offered several repair options, with costs, and advantages/disadvantages with each, and the costs for the repairs to my try at repairing the plumbing. Definitely my plumber from now on and definitely recommend him."

"They SAVED me $ 3,000. If you need help with a Tankless Water Heater - LOOK NO FURTHER! I had issues with my water heater b/c the temperature could not go above 100 degrees. My first plumber told me that i needed a new circuit board or a new water heater. The second plumber wanted to charge me $ 325 for a diagnosis. I found Affinity Plumbing on Angies List. They came over and was able to fix the issue with my temperature in about 30 minutes, saving me at least $ 600 for a new circuit board or $ 3,000 + for a new water heater as the other plumbers advised. They have REAL EXPERTISE in Tankless Water Heaters and are honest and professional. They are my NEW PLUMBERS! They deserve an A+"

"Installed two new water heaters. Service was prompt, courteous, and the work was top-notch. Jon is the ultimate professional. Would highly recommend!"

"The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. We spent thousands of dollars with this company... to refuse to repair/replace a defective toilet is just the type of service no one wants."

"Paul, the owner, was exceptionally kind, patient, and welcoming—even toward someone like me, a frail elderly customer. He and his assistant, Crag, installed a 50-gallon Bradford White RG250T6N water heater with great care and professionalism. Their work was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully executed. They took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation. I was truly impressed and will gladly add them to my trusted list of family “pipe doctors.”"

"Juan and he or are life savers :). A pipe burst in the ceiling. Me being retired and single I was stumped. I called new gen plumbing and they were so helpful!!! Juan came over within the hour and solved my problem I about hr and a half. There pricing reasonable as I had a guy came over and wanted way too much!! I sent him off. I will use them again in the future for other work I need done."

"Very well. One could not ask for better service. Our home was flooded due to release of water from Barker reservoir during Harvey. We have had a number of poor experiences with contractors including electrical. John Moore was a refreshing change for their service was what one would expect. Very professional. Michael Gustafson, John Moore Services, fixed our electrical issue. Again very professional. We will request John Moore and hopefully Michael to repair any future electrical issue, It's about trust."

"Service was professional and efficient."

"We got them on Angie's List. We have a contract with them to come out twice a year for the air conditioning. I also bought a new air conditioner through them. They are real nice. They check us in winter for our heating system, and spring for our air conditioner. They come in clean and inspect. They cover the carpet with cover cloth, they wear booties on their feet, and they are very polite. When my mother's heater went down,  we called them, and they said the gas was down, and they did that. They checked the air conditioner as well and it was old so we purchased a new one for her."

"The service was great, they fixed it right away ."
