"I have used Four Seasons multiple times since moving into my new home this summer. I remodeled two bathrooms and Four Seasons disconnected plumbing lines, then reconnected them after vanities were installed, and put in new faucets. They have offered me several discounts and even some free work which is very much appreciated! Their prices without discounts is also very reasonable. Their quote on a tankless water heater (which is my next project) was also the best I received out of three different companies. To my surprise I received a call the same hour, made an appointment for Monday morning 9am. They showed up, on time, gave me a reasonable quote. They took out the old equipment, installed a highly rated unit and were gone within 3 hours. The unit came with a 6 year warranty but they added free labor to the warranty.  I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.

"I purchased the "Big Deal" from Peter Johnson plumbing and quickly used it to have new shower fixtures put it. The big deal was for an estimate and 2 hours of labor, a great deal! Peter returned my call that I had made to schedule the estimate within a day and asked me what I planned on doing. I let him know about my desire to install new shower fixtures and he let me know he would send over another guy who contracted for him to check it out. When that gentleman arrived to give me the estimate he suggested that if I wanted to save some money, which I did, to cut out the drywall behind the shower myself so all he had to do was install the fixtures and save time. The gentleman arrived on time to install my fixtures and he installed them in two hour. A great deal! Here is where the issues arose. After leaving I noticed that one of the connections was leaking a bit. I called to ask him to return to fix it. The next day he came back to fix the problem. Again, later that day it was leaking again. So the next he came back to fix it only this time he was clearly frustrated and rushed, barreling through the house in an obvious attempt to fix it as fast as possible and be done with it. Considering this was the second time he was back to fix the problem I expected him to be less hurried and more attentive to the lingering problem. He fixed the leak. I was also disappointed at the use of "shark bites" on the pipes, a cheap and less reliable way to connect pipes. These can spring leaks or be blown off by pressure with some ease compared to the alternative. Plus, he didn't even fully caulk the new fixtures, something I had to do myself after he left.
The price was right for the job done. Really an incredible deal for only $100. I was just disappointed at the lack of quality of some parts used and the fact that it took two extra trips to stop a small leak. At the end of the day it was a great deal.

"Chad did an excellent job for us! He looked at the needed repair, purchased the parts and repaired everything same day! We had others look at the job, but some contractors had no desire to even attempt it, as it is a tight space and surrounded by tile. Chad jumped right in and diligently got us fixed up! "Fine, despite "Murphy's" best attempt to cause havoc. The front door frame needed to be repaired as well when the threshold and new front door were installed because the spot for the lock was not secure. The guys made sure everything was safe and in good working order. The windows were special order because they had to be inserted into stonework. The company that made the windows did not make them the size specified on the order form. That meant it took longer to find a way to get them to fit into the walls, but the guys cheerfully worked out a way without us needing to wait for new windows to be produced. Our tenants have been very pleased with the improvements. We are also pleased that Handyman Xpress was able to get them installed before the new tenants needed to move in. Made the process much easier for all of us."
