"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"This pro did the job perfectly right. Exceeded expectations, he sacrificed his time coming after hours to install my new water heater. I am very pleased with his work and I highly recommend him."

"My first time working through Angi and I was very pleased with The Neighborly Plumber. I was impressed with the knowledge, skills, attitude, and customer service(including a fast response after submitting my original request through Angi), and that my looking over their shoulder and asking questions about the repairs wasn't an intrusion to their work. I was hoping for an easy fix to my water heater problem, but it turned into a major repair. After a lot of questions and answers about the problem, I was okay with what needed to be done, as well as the cost. The 15% discount offered for seniors was very appreciated. I can easily recommend them to others."

"Chris Peschell arrived early, was very friendly and efficient, and made sure I understood the repair process and how to maintain the new items. I was so pleased with the work he did, that I hired him to return and install a whole house water filtering system. The personnel at The Original Plumber office were friendly and helpful, too. My water heater is almost 10 years old, so I asked Chris to come back in a couple months to replace that next. I highly recommend this company and Chris."

"Technician arrived 15 minutes early, explained every step along the way and fixed the issue.  I'm on my second load of laundry since the repair and the washer is working like a charm.  Though the repair ended up costing a little more than I expected to pay, it was worth the effort to have the repaired machine the same day vs shopping for a new machine, arranging delivery, etc.  I would use this company again in the future!"

"I called Mr Parham and he responded very promptly. When he arrived he was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the cost to have the compressor replaced. The parts were ordered and installed as promised. I have also used him to have the thermostat replaced in my refrigerator. My washer was leaking water, he also fixed that also. All these were separate house calls, and each time Mr Parham was also professional, and on time and did the work as promised."

"I am more than IMPRESSED with the work this company has performed. Both gentlemen were very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently with hardly any mess to clean up ,because they took care of that too. They warranty all items they install for 2 years, which in the plumbers world, is overkill because anything that could happen would have already happened. Also, My favorite part of there service was the FREE HOUSE CALL AND ESTIMATE!!! I called a dozen other plumbers and not one of them would come out for less than $65 just to look at and assess the situation, but Gas Plumbing Service did. And that ladies and gentlemen is why they have made a customer for life out of this girl! Great job guys!"

"Came home from work to find water running down my driveway pouring up out of the ground from the control valves on my irrigation system. Unfortunately the builder never installed a gate valve to isolate the irrigation from the main water line so I had to turn  the water off at the meter. I called a nearby irrigation specialist who came out and found the leak. While they were able to stop the immediate problem their "permanent" fix was very poor quality and the their new repair was already dripping water within a day or so. I called Roswell Woodstock Plumbing Co at 7:30 am the next morning and was told they would have someone there within a couple hours. John and Gary showed up ahead of schedule and gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix it right. John re-configured the connection and made a stronger more permanent fix. Both John and Gary took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me a few pointers on minor plumbing repairs I can handle on my own. After watching these guys work it's easy to tell they're professionals and take pride in their work. I'll be using them from now on..."

"Quality Plumbing Pros are A 1. Mr. Washington was very professional, answered all my questions, and left my home as he found it. It was as if he wasn't there at all. He was very meticulous with the installation of my water heater, which is located in my laundry room. He positioned the water heater in such a way that it made the small space more functional. I will definitely refer Quality Plumbing Pros to friends and family."
