"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"One night around 10:30 I happened to notice water leaking out of somewhere in my boiler room. I panicked and called Damaso Plumbing. This is the first time I called them and Brian called me back immediately and was out at my house within 30 minutes to stop the leak. It ended up being my expansion tank that had corroded and sprung a leak. "My first experience with Julio was an after-hours discovery that my water heater was going out. I urgently called a few people, then a Boston number for "emergency plumbing." The answering service was very kind and helpful in connecting me to Julio, and through a back and forth process of texts and iphone photos I was instructed how to turn off the water. It took a couple of hours for him to arrive with an assistant named Michael. They evaluated the situation, then offered to purchase a new Hot Water Heater at Home Depot, which they did, and then offered to continue the work and were all finished that evening--a bonus for me. Although I was a bit concerned about the process of having him do that purchase, I was given the receipt from home depot and the labor and installation cost was less than I paid the last time. I paid him the total with AmEx on a portable card reader. He apologized for the condition of the invoice he gave me, since he had to re-use one and it was a bit messy. Also, I wanted to have a TACO overflow valve installed, but our communication was a bit of a challenge, and I don't believe that was done. However, he did a reasonable job of cleaning up a tough basement situation. On the basis of this work, I hired the company again to install a new faucet in the kitchen, and to replace a garbage disposal. This time I shopped for both. Michael was sent at the agreed upon time, and did a fine job on the faucet. When it was time to replace the disposal, he consulted with Julio by phone and asked if I would like him first to try to repair the disposal, quoting me a labor cost that was lower than it would be for replacement. I agreed, and he was able to find the cause of the jam and I returned the new disposal. A happy result. This time I paid by check, I will call again as the need arises. I feel they do good work, with none of the high pressure or cost that I have had in the past with others doing similar work, and they are very nice people."

"Everything Buddy was involved in in this process went smoothly, despite all the curve balls the gas company threw at us.  When the gas company screwed up part of the exterior work and caused all the work to need pushed back, Buddy just worked with us.  I am really busy at work and I didn't feel like I had to work around his schedule.  I felt like he worked with me to find something that worked well for us and got the work done ASAP.   Buddy and his team took things in stride.  They recognized urgent issues.  He communicated with me consistently.  The entire project, which was relatively complicated with a number of moving parts, was manageable because Buddy gave me reasonable estimates of time and price.  He arrived when he said he would in the morning.  He finished the work in the time that he said he would.  The work was done over 3 days and he gave me a heads up on what would happen over those days.  Everything followed the schedule.  It was super easy on our side.  Even when the gas company "didn't have time" to meter our house for a week, which was unexpected - typically this is done next day - Buddy showed up ASAP for the final inspection once we were hooked up so we didn't have to go any longer than necessary without heat or hot water.
The basement looks better than before Buddy did all the work.  Every thing works really well and we are SO much happier and not dreading the winter.
A side note, we have 6 pets, including a dog and 3 indoor cats.  Buddy was incredibly considerate of not just our time, but also our home and our pets.  I had to leave 2 out of the 3 days he was working on this project and I didn't worry about anything.  The cats and dog loved him (which meant there was far less barking).  
I feel like I found a plumber I can depend on to be reliable and to do quality work.

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
