"Due to work performed by a previous contractor, our main sewer line cracked. It was the week of Thanksgiving, and I was hosting, and we had to turn off the water. They promised me they would get our problem fixed before family arrived from out of town. There were unexpected complications the day they worked on it and they called in the other crews to come and help as they finished their respective jobs. They got the job done and we had plumbing and water for our holiday weekend. They worked hard and kept their promise, and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. They provided excellent service and care!!!"

"It was an amazing experience from my initial call to Affordable Water Heaters until they did my repair and left us very happy with hot water again. The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. "Their prices were a bit high, but the work only needed to be done once, so it was ok. There were no problem. Whenever you called them, they called back the next day. There was a problem with the actual air unit; I called them and they came out in an hour. They came out, searching for a week or so, to find the problem and found that it was a problem with the actual unit. Even the owner came out to help. I would recommend them. They were very good. We are recommending them to my mother."
