"I called on a Sunday for broken water heater. They came out Monday morning at 8:45am and was done by 10:30am. Great service and respectable communication. Highly recommend"

"Perfect repair. The gentlemen were polite and respectful of our home also....wearing booties when entering our house. This is the second time we have used this company. They also replaced our water heater."

"For the last two years, I have signed a yearly contract with Sweetlands to do a twice-a-year check on my heating and air-conditioning service as well as On-Demand Gas Water Heater.....fall check before I use my heating system and spring check before I use my AC system. Each time, the service associate has been on time, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable when answering any questions I may have. I've even had Judy show up to perform the bi-annual check once! As I mentioned previously, I had a bad experience with another company that led to me switching to Sweetlands. On the first check done with Sweetlands, the service representative found a flaw in the previous company's work that could have resulted in a dangerous event and was definitely costing me more money from an operational standpoint. So, the switch to Sweetlands literally paid for itself with my first visit! I definitely believe that Sweetlands is a great local business, and I intend to continue my association with them in the coming years. My annual maintenance contract covering twice yearly cleaning, maintenance and check of all three of my units (Heating, AC, and On-Demand Gas Water Heater) is $374/year."

"Charles arrived on time & performed a through diagnostic of my system. He also verified that my air handler & thermostat settings were correct for the components installed with my system. Charles was polite and offered advice on how to keep my system running efficiently. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend LightHouse Mechanical and especially Charles for anyone needing HVAC work done."

"Awesome! The tech was friendly, very professional, and did a great job. He went out of his way to come back another time to install another filter that we needed to buy. I will use these folks for my HVAC service, and recommend them highly.

"I experienced professional plumbers who were prompt and were able to problem solve. I bought a defective heater, and they returned the next day to install it without incident. I highly recommend the company."

"It was Christmas day and water began pouring through a light fixture on the first floor. I turned off the water immediately. I had a full house of guests and no water. The next day, I was contacted by several Angie's list vendors. I chose Russell's Heating & Air Conditioning because they could arrive sooner than anyone else and waived the trip fee. Other vendors were going to charge $90 or higher just to come to the house. Jason arrived at the house and immediately started working to find the problem. He had to cut into the ceiling first and then a wall on the second floor, but found the leak. The builder had put a screw through a pipe in the bathroom while putting up the sheet rock. He repaired the pipe and cleaned up his mess. I turned the water back on and we were good to go. The cost was $72.95 to find the leak and $143.04 to repair it for a total of $215.99. To me Jason saved Christmas!"
