"We lost our air conditioning the Friday before Mother's Day this year and I was scrambling in the heat to find somebody to cine and look at it. When nobody else would answer or would come out on Saturday, these guys did. Doug was great and he sent over Will and Rob for Saturday afternoon. Will and Rob are two of the best craftsmen that I have ever dealt with. They spent four hours Saturday going over my system and my setup and we talked budget, recommendations, the fixes, and schedule. By the end of Saturday, I knew that I was in good, competent hands. We agreed that the AC needed to be replaced, which was an 8 year old Trane (garbage). The furnace would be failing in the near future so we would replace that as well. They were going to completely rework my return ducting, which was shoddily installed by the original guy. They would replace my existing hot water tank with a tankless unit. They would install an automation system and replace a broken frost free hose bib. A lot of work. They were prompt and started work on Monday, worked all day Tuesday and Wednesday and came back on Thursday. They took their time, took care of my home and their work area, and most importantly, they took pride in their work. What they took out of my home was garbage and it was poorly and hastily installed. What they put in its place is great quality equipment and it was meticulously installed by two guys who take great pride in their work. While I am frustrated and unhappy that this situation occurred, I am glad that I hag the chance to work with these guys and this company. I will most certainly use these guys many more times."

Even though our home was quite a ways away from their normal service area, they were still able to send a team member, Zoe, out the next day to do a test of our well water. Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. "I've used them for years and years. I have a service contract with them and they do the air conditioning and the furnace. It runs about $199 a year. With that, if there is an emergency, they just charge for the parts. If everybody's furnace is out because it's cold, because I have a contract, they put me at the top of the list. "When I called to arrange an appointment for installation, Jackie was very responsive, and set up an appointment about two weeks out.  Unfortunately,  that appointment had to be canceled as the supplier for the pump had sent the wrong pump.  About two weeks later Jackie called to say the pump was in, and arranged for installation on the following Saturday, only about three days after her call.  We also communicated via email.  She was very quick to respond to emails, so we avoided all the back-and-forth that phone calls cause.
The actual installation went well, and took about two hours.  Don arrived a bit later than originally planned, but it did not present a problem for me on a Saturday.  There was a small glitch in setting the pump timer, however as soon as I realized it, I emailed Jackie and within an hour she had responded and explained how to fix that - a very simple process of moving a switch from one side to the other.
This system works wonderfully.  I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have hot water almost instantly at all the faucets!  I also had a question concerning the  pump which is made by Grundfos and their customer service replied to my email within an hour!
I did ask if I provided a new faucet for one bathroom, could Don install it while he was here.  It is this company's policy to install only equipment they provide.  I understand that because they have to guarantee their work, and can't guarantee customer provided equipment.
