"The estimators, Jake and Jeff, were also the installers. We discussed the options for relocating the water heater and installing it in the utility room. I was very pleased with the estimation process and the installation. Cost and service were excellent. Everybody should hire these guys."

"We have a water system on our place for cleaning and treating our water since we have wells. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"Jon found the problem right away, explained how it happened, repaired the pipe and replaced the outside faucet. I had him replace a second outside faucet as well. He noted a small leak on the water heater, and after we discussed the age of the water heater, I had him replace the hot water heater and an older valve on the water meter. He completed everything in a shorter time than I expected. Before he left, showed me the controls on the new water heater and how to re-light the pilot if it ever went out. Jon was friendly, professional, and explained exactly what was needed. After he replaced the damaged pipes, the area where the pipes were was simplified, neater, and easier to access than it had been before. Although I did not plan on having all this work done now, I was confident in his assessment (he had done a previous big plumbing job for me) and I am sure this preventive maintenance headed off a future problem."

"I have going on 3 hot water heaters in 3 years. Nobody could properly diagnose the issue. This time it was bad and flooding so bad the ceiling was going to collapse. I just purchased a new Hot Water Heater 3 years ago and that company failed to diagnose the issue. The Technician from Roger’s new all his trouble shooting procedures down to a science. He looked at the heater up and down and inside and out. He said “Water Pressure”. We go outside and my water pressure was 95PSI. It was responsible for blowing up 2 Hot Water heaters. Problem finally fixed and no more worries. I am very grateful for the skill and integrity of Roger’s plumbing."

"We had a wonderful experience, as usual with Jon Wayne’s service. Several days ago a technician, Chris, came out and diagnosed a problem and had to order a part and just returned and replaced the inoperable part. Chris made an adjustment initially so we could still us our water heater until the new part was installed. We have been using Jon Wayne for 10 years and never been displeased with their service."

"I called inquiring about problem with water taking 5 minutes to become hot in Master bath but other areas in house were normal. Mario said a water heater pump might solve the problem. I agreed to try and Mario came out at the appointed time, installed and explained operation of the pump and it worked like a charm. I was very happy with their knowledge, efficiency and service. Have used them on a couple of other occasions with same satisfying results."

"Went great!! Excellent service and their price was very fair. Would definitely recommend Team Flo-Right!!"

"They were very professional found the water leak and fixed it for the appraised price. I would hire them again."

"I originally requested a "check-up" of my AC system by using an Angie's List "deal." The check-up was scheduled the same day that I bought the deal from Angie's List. This was a pleasant surprise to me, since we are in the worst of the summer heat, and I expected to have to wait a few days (or even weeks) for the check-up visit. The rep from AC Pros was very professional, and even though he gave me the bad news that my coil was shot and needed to be replaced, I was pleased with his knowledge, and the fact that he took the time to show me the condition of the coil, and explained why he made this recommendation. Again, I was surprised that AC Pros was able to schedule the replacement the very next morning. Many of my neighbors have recommended AC Pros wholeheartedly on our neighborhood social network pages, and they are highly rated on Angie's List, so I was comfortable agreeing to their price without shopping around, so I accepted their quote and scheduled the work. The installation crew showed up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and finished the job within 15 minutes of their estimate. They showed me the failed parts, clearly explained their activities, and completed the work as expected. They remained on site to confirm that the repair was successful, and cleaned up the work site. They even separated recyclables from the trash and put them in the proper receptacles. I will definitely return to AC Pros for any future work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of these services."
