"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"I had heard good things about Alpine and decided to give them a try.  I called right before lunch and asked if they could send someone out to get my air conditioning working.  Alpine was willing to accommodate my schedule on a work day and showed up on time.  Met with Ricky and explained the situation.  Prior to coming inside, he put on some little booties so as not to bring in any unwanted dirt or dust.  He evaluated the situation and explained that the drain line was stopped up and that the aux drain pan had water in it which shutdown the system.  Ricky cleared the line and removed the water from the pan so that the float switch would reset.  Shortly thereafter, the AC was running again and starting to cool off the house.  

From the initial phone call to the dispatcher to the service to the cost, and emailed receipt, I was completely satisfied.  I would highly recommend Alpine HVAC Services to my friends and others.

What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. "Were very responsive during the sale and install.  Mike came on time (actually a little early).  Checked the water heater, and I decided to replace rather than repair as it was 8 years old.  He left to purchase the water heater and returned to install.  I had questions about why it was not energy star.  He called his boss, and he told me water heaters are not rated that way.  Mike went ahead with the install and did a neat job.  He forgot the expansion tank, and was to come back a few days later to put it on.  I was not there during that install.  It looked very sloppily done, and like it could fall off.  I sent 2 e-mails to the owner asking about this install.  I have not heard one word from them since the sale.
