"The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."

As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. "After two weeks of trying to diagnose the problem with my heating system, it was determined that I needed to replace the system. Although this was not the answer that I was looking for, it was the right answer and decision. From the technicians who determined a replacement was needed, to Phil Grego who coordinated the replacement installation, to Miguel and his coworker who worked quickly to replace the system, it was a flawless coordinated effort to restore a working heating system in my house. All representatives from Arctic Air were respectful and informative. An extra shout out to Phil who was able to get me on the installation schedule quickly."

"Excellent! I was without heat and Nathan came out right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace immediately. I asked him back to quiet the vibration that had been a prior problem that I had been told was unable to be repaired. This company is honest and worked to fix the root of the vibration and eliminated it. I would absolutely hire this company again and plan on making a spring appointment for my central A/C - I can’t think of a better company or person (Nathan) to hire for furnace or Central A/C Maintence and repair (including emergencies). "Adding central air to an 18th century farmhouse with a separate attached apartment was a challenge. They did a great job, putting a high efficiency heat pump system upstairs , two minisplits downstairs, and two minisplits in the apartment (the latter was done a year after the initial job) The installation was done very well and all of the systems work great."

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
