"Great customer service from initial phone contact to visit for quote to installation. Willing to replace broken glazed glass window that no one, other than Pella, would even talk to me about. And Pella stated the entire window, sash, exterior framing had to be replaced. B&K replaced only the window for about 1/6th the cost. Very professional on quoting and installation. Cleaned up meticulously after finishing installation. Would higher recommend them to anyone."
