Some contractors would have tried to over-complicate the nature of the work to inflate their fees.Scott was honest and straightforward. Scott was: On time. On budget. With excellent craftsmanship. Pleasant to work with. I give Scott Monath the highest possible rating is all areas. I have no doubts of Scott's ability to any type of construction: Decks, Carpentry,(rough or finish), remodels(interior or exterior), baths, kitchens etc. I would hire Scott again. Best contractor I ever had do work for me."

"I had the ugliest kitchen ever! I immediately called the ONLY company I would let work for me, On Call Contracting Services. John immediately came out and gave me an estimate, but before the estimate he had me set up with an architect to redesign my lay out and John made some great suggestions that the architect put into effect. John worked the estimate to fit my budget and I decided it was now or never so I signed on the dotted line! And his company did quite a remarkable job! I couldn't believe the transformation from what I had to live with for years, to what I now LOVE and enjoy being in my kitchen again. Thank you John Ott and all the men who did this gorgeous transformation! They were THE most courteous workers I've ever dealt with. They cleaned up the area completely each day before they left. They were very careful not to let my cats out when they came in and out of the doors. They even called one morning to say they were running late but would be there within the hour. What contractors do that? They work quickly but they do such a fantastic job! I encourage everyone to call this company for anything, any kind of work you need. I would never call anyone but On Call Contracting Services, they're the best and I have been using them for years and I have referred them to all my friends!
BTW, I have also read the previous reviews and I'm not sure if Mr Barlow is talking about the same company as I am. Because On Call Contracting is FANTASTIC and they are only a phone call away and respond immediately.

"Stump's is a great company to work with and they built us a beautiful composite deck onto the back of our house. Their price was in line with other composite decking quotes we received but their customer service was far above any other contractor. They were responsive, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. While there was one issue with our lawn that occurred during the deck build, Stump's went above and beyond to remedy the issue and make sure we were happy at the end of the project. After living in our house for three years without any outdoor space we are beyond excited to now have a beautiful space to enjoy. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in building a deck."

"Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."

"Jack was excellent to work with and the roof looks great. Once the job was done all trash was removed leaving the front yard with little evidence of the roof installation. The work was also done without my wife or myself having to take any time off from work. I have no complaints about the installation or the roof and would use Caparro Awnings in the future and recommend them to anyone needing their products and services.

"LaRosa Building Concepts was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Not only were they reliable and neat, they coordinated their work to coincide with the timing of our new roof install. They evaluated the project many times upfront to make sure that I would be happy with the finished product. Within 3 days, the team had our Pella greenhouse demolished, re-framed with new beams, installed a new 8 ft sliding door and roof structure. The project came out perfect! We'll definitely be using LaRosa again."
