I've done my own plumbing on my house this last 20 some odd years and qm getting on am an old man now, I trusted Burris right off, it took some time as my house has pipes from 1908 everyone got along the job is perfect they even asked me to have the gas co come out and recheck. The workers drive a fully stocked company van so were able to complete the job the day I received my troubleshooting and quote. Company name and phone number are proudly advertised on van. "Called office to get on schedule and was able to get appointment same day. Office staff was lovely over the phone. Plumber arrived and assessed my kitchen drain line issue. Clarified all my questions and was able to come back the next day for the repair. Would call again for any plumbing issues."

Which I zelle him the $100 but when I realized what happened I called him and cancelled it and asked for my $100 back, he started that he can't zelle it but I can pick it up at their office, I asked him to mail it to me which he started he will. Days pass but I didn't receive it so I called their office and someone named Robert stated that it's in the office waiting for me to pick up, and I asked him to mail it to me, because I am unable to drive that far, but I have not received it, and now when I called they send me to voicemail."
