"Mansfield Plumbing charges $69 to come do an estimate. They say they can't give estimate on phone because each house is unique. The price they charged however is not individually made. They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again."

"Pleased with the new A/C unit. It stopped running a week or so after the install. I called them and they responded within an hour to find the problem immediately and restored my cooling. My cleaning service recommended that I have my ducts cleaned. Strickland did it and I'm very pleased. The dark gray dirty interior of the air returned to a silvery color of the original duct. Air is now much cleaner in the house from a better filter system, uv light in the intake and the clean ducts."

While others were ready to charge over $4,000 to replace a compressor, Vincent found that the problem was the circuit breaker. They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."
