"This company is by far the most efficient, cost effective, hardest working crew I’ve ever seen. I had them replace my 20 yr old system and then we found out the previous owner had roof rats which totally destroyed the entire duct work. The previous ac company just tried to tape the duct work, but that’s just a temp fix. The rats had nested in the duct work. This company gave a very fair price with military discount to boot. They even came on a Saturday to replace the duct work. The access was so small only one guy could get through (Javier).? Anyway this guy spent 5 hours up in that attic ripping out and replacing 15 air ducts. The quality of work, professionalism and dedication is above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about this company and the people they have"

"AC unit was purchased for a new property and we were told by the tech who came out for the service call that they had been there before to repair the old unit. He also said the previous owner had requested and received a quote for the recommended replacement of the SAC unit, but did not go ahead and order the unit. We requested records of this sequence of events and were told they did not have them, did not keep them. I find it difficult to believe that prior service records were not kept. We were trying to secure information to see if we had any recourse to go to the previous owner and suggest or prove that the poor condition of the AC unit was not disclosed at the time the Purchase and Sale was executed. We were not assisted at all by One Hour management in our attempt to go forward with a complaint. Perhaps we should have been less trusting when told that the repair and quote records would be shared with us. We were happy with the technicians, the supervisor on the job site and the quality of the work. We were and are not happy with the failure of One Hour to assist us with our complaint against the seller of the property. Don't say one thing to a customer and not follow through,. That is not good "customer service""

It was cool to see the before and after pictures that he took with his phone. He explained what I needed to do to maintain this myself which was very nice. I will definitely hire them again! He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
